MYSites builds online reservation software for campgrounds, RV parks, and glamping sites. Owners use it to take bookings around the clock, keep availability accurate across tents, RV sites, and cabins, and keep guest records in one place instead of spreadsheets and phone messages.

How the $0 model works

Campground owners pay no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no per-site fee. Our revenue comes from a $3.00 processing fee added to each guest booking. Payment processing itself runs through third-party gateways, and their fees and terms apply separately.

What setup looks like

After a short walkthrough, our team configures your sites, rates, and booking rules with you, so most parks are taking online reservations within days rather than months. Support is available from a real team, with our AI assistant Ember handling common questions.
